We were notified by the US mail that the product was damaged and was at the post office. Upon picking it up, it looked like someone did a football tackle on it as the box was bent in the middle almost to 90 degrees. Upon getting it home and opening it, the visor was intact, surprisingly, as it is flexible. I had to use some WD-40 and a razor blade to get tape and glue off of the underside of the visor. The alcohol prep pad was taped on with what appeared to be packing tape that shredded instantly as soon as I tried to remove it. The install was easy, and I am happy with the purchase. It looks very sharp! Time will tell.
