This was cheap and easy to install. I've run it through two of those cheesy car washes with the idiot brushes and it has survived six times now. That's saying something.

The price was right, and the installation was pretty easy. Just relax and follow the instructions. It does everything I expected it to do. I think it looks great. I've had these on other vehicles and knew what to expect.

Nice height and a snap to install. However the use of double sided tape along the grill leaves a lot to be desired as I know through time this will fail just as my previous one had done. But for the money and aftermarket what can you expect.

I bought the 21009 hoodflector for my F150, and it looks sweet with my all black grill. This is the slim version, so it does the job of protecting the front hood edge without looking too big. Installation was easy and took about 20 minutes total. Be sure to really clean the surfaces where the mounting tape goes to ensure good adhesion. There are 2 screws included that go into the underside of the hood (you will need to drill 2 small holes for the screws), so it's pretty darn secure overall. I'm very satisfied with this product.

I have had 4 avs ventshade hood deflectors in the past and they were all excellent. This one installed easily but did not cover the top of the chrome on the grill. It did advertise as a low profile deflector, but pictures did not show that the top of the grill was exposed, and it looks a bit funny in my opinion. It also whistles at certain speeds. I have been able to adjust it, to get rid of most of the whistle. It is installed square and proper on both sides. I should have went for model 25940.

it looks great and install is pretty easy, but need to take your time to align it properly.. I wish there was an option with ability to install with screws only, I am little concern about glue not holding off the piece but it may proof me wrong. It's been on my truck for few weeks and still there..
