Replacement for B&S carb fuel inlet 90-degree elbow. Works well. The brass nipple is just a fraction of a millimeter smaller than the cavity in the carb, so recommend using seal-all or other gas approved contact cement.Ample parking, 5 stars

Like everyone else is saying, the brass part is way too small to fit the B&S carburetor on my riding mower. It would fall right out as soon as you took your fingers off of it. I had to return this item because it was not the correct part as advertised. They need to stop advertising this as part # 692317 because it isn’t. It’s best to get the OEM part. You should have to press this connector in, it shouldn’t just slide in with ease. You can use a brass hammer to tap these in, just don’t hit too hard. Easy repair!

As per photos one is corroded and has groves in it from where it is a returned used item. The one that is actually new is so loose it will not fit. I used a digital caliper to measure the original fitting against the ones shipped and also the inlet hole in the carburetor. Before someone assumes that I got the wrong ones I did check the related part numbers to make sure it was a direct replacement for my carburetor. The ones shipped are .04 inch smaller in diameter than the original fuel fitting as I did measure both. Their is no way to for these to be used as intended as they are so loose they just slide in and out freely and a leak free seal isn't possible. Save time and buy the Briggs and Stratton fittings. Returning them tomorrow as per Amazon doing the right thing.
