This monitor was extremely User Friendly. Having a BP Monitor on his important for Senior Citizens.The monitor was also cost effective ♥️👍🏿

I’m new at taking my blood pressure and this monitor made the process fairly easy for a beginner. There are a lot of instructions included but I didn’t need my magnifying glass to read. The safety information included quite a few aliments where it’s suggested to consult with a physician before using and I feel this information should be included in the online product description so a more informed purchasing decision can be made.- I like the angle of the screen so it’s easy to read the LCD readout- I’ve been operating the unit with the alkaline batteries provided. The power instructions review an AC adapter that can be purchased and plugs into the back of the unit, but there isn’t an input on the back of the unit. The product structure picture shows a type c interface, and is on the side of the unit, but it’s not reviewed in the power installation section of the instructions. If you intend on using the type c interface you’ll need to provide your own power bank or charging cube. I’m happy using the batteries since running with an AC adapter or with a cable and a power bank starts getting clunky. To make this unit more moveable it would be a nice upgrade to include rechargeable lithium batteries.- The monitor is easy to configure, easy to switch between users and the amount of storage for history records, per user, is more than enough. I do wish the unit included a method to export the data to a micro sd card so it could be saved in a permanent file.- The cuff was a good size for both normal and large arms. If you’re small or petite you would need a different size cuff but I don’t see where they’re available to purchase.- As for the accuracy of the unit I can only compare to the readings I normally get at the doctor’s office and they're in the same range. The only part I’m questioning is why 3 different readings are needed and from around the same time each day, per the instructions. When I go to the doctors they only take one reading, sort of willy-nilly. I don’t know if this is the difference between a home machine and a commercial-hospital grade machine. Either way the numbers of this monitor matches the range of the doctor’s.- The unit is very easy to start and stop. I try not to stare at the screen and instead look away to stay relaxed but there was one instance where the pressure kept building and was getting painful. By the time I looked at the screen it was up to 220 and I quickly hit the stop button and the cuff immediately deflated. I’m assuming I had placed the cuff a little too high up on my arm. I was impressed with how quickly the cuff deflated.- There is supposed to be an alert for an irregularity, I’m assuming heart. I’m not sure if this is just the symbol or if it’s an audible alert. I don’t watch the screen in order to stay calm but I guess I’ll need to start watching the monitor in order to see what type of alert is given.So far I’m happy with this monitor from the setup to end results as well as the price.

It is more accurate than the one I used to use. I am glad there were instructions to teach me how to use it. Some YouTubes on line to help as well.
