Easy to set up but no matter how much i adjust it, the food gets stuck in the chute and doesn't come out all the way. And they're small food pieces. They're not big... missed the return window cause I tried to make it work and already threw out the packaging. Don't waste the money....

I love the idea of this dual dish feeder as I have several kitties and this allows at least 2 of them to eat at the same time, provided that it is 2 that get along with each other! :)I also love that it has a very large capacity holder so I don't have to constantly fill it up, it has an opaque barrel so that I can see at a glance, quite easily, what the food level is, and that it has multiple time option with which to dispense the food portions.What I'm not crazy about: that I don't have the wifi function where I can program/track feedings from my phone, that I can't record my personal greeting to my furrkids that it's time to eat--and the biggest pet peeve is that for whatever reason, the cat food seems to backlog or get stuck or something and doesn't dispense out and jams up and then beeps ever few seconds until you fix it. This happens ALOT! This situation is the biggest nuisance I have with this particular feeder. However, YES, I'm still using it! :)

This automatic cat feeder works well and was easy to put together. It has different modes that you can choose for frequency of feeding and you can have it go into one or both sides. I like how sleek the design is and how well it fits in with our decor. It definitely is a Time saver. It is easy to fill whatever it gets low. Very useful for my cat. And a good price for how convenient it is.

I ordered this dual automatic cat feeder for my granddaughter who has 3 cats. It has timed feeding feature that will allow her to set specific mealtimes. The feeder can operate on both batteries and a power adapter. The bowls and feeder components are easy to disassemble and clean. It holds 4L of food which can last several days.Setting up the timed feeding schedule can be a bit tricky initially, but once you get the hang of it, it works smoothly.The feeder makes a bit of noise when dispensing food, which might startle some cats initially.Overall, I highly recommend this automatic cat feeder for anyone with multiple cats. It offers a convenient and reliable way to ensure your pets are fed on time, even when you’re not around. I recently got the PetUltra automatic feeder to feed our two cats, and overall, it's a solid automatic feeder with some pros and cons worth noting.Pros: + Dual Bowl Design: The two bowl design is fantastic for multi pet households, eliminating the need for separate feeders. + Dual Power Modes: I love the flexibility of running it on batteries or AC power, making it great for travel or in case of a power outage. + Convenient Programming: The ability to program multiple feeding times is incredibly helpful, especially for busy schedules. + Good Quality Construction: The feeder itself feels well-made and sturdy.Cons: - Initial Setup Frustration: The initial programming process took some getting used to, as the instructions weren't as clear as they could be (at least to me). This was a great addition to the routine once I got a second cat! You can program the feeder to dispense different amounts of food at different times of the day. It also operates with either batteries or a cord, so you can use whichever method fits your needs. I was surprised by how easy this was to assemble and program. You can make adjustments with just a few clicks and then let it do its thing.The top is also well-secured and can't be easily removed by cats. It has a decent holding capacity as well. I filled it up about a month ago and still haven't needed to add any food since then.My only advice is to find some way to secure this to the wall/floor. My cats have tipped over feeders in the past, so I needed to use command hooks and twine to keep this one upright. But now that the routine is set, they haven't messed with it much.5/5 stars.
