Important Notes for Using Your Smart Litter Box

Placement of the Litter Box	1.Keep Away from Walls: Ensure there is enough space to avoid making your cat feel cramped. 2.Dry Environment: Avoid placing it in damp areas to prevent affecting the device's performance. 3.Do Not Place on Mats: Mats can affect weight sensing and result in inaccurate weight measurements for your cat.
Cat Litter Selection	1.Watch the Filling Level: When adding litter, do not exceed the maximum fill line and keep the total weight under 5kg. 2.Choose Suitable Litter: It is recommended to use tofu cat litter; avoid using very fine litter as it may clog the device.
Installation Precautions A	1.Securely Install All Four Legs: Ensure the litter box is stable for accurate weight measurement. 2.Flatten the Trash Bag: Failing to do so may trigger false “bin full” alerts in the app. You can either flatten the bag or disable the alert in the app. 3.Use the Provided Power Adapter: If replacing, do not exceed 12V, as higher voltage can damage the circuit board. 4.Manual Mode for Cats Weighing Less than 3.3lb: Ensure a proper mode is activated for lightweight cats.
Installation Precautions B	5.Replace the Aroma Box and Trash Bags as Needed: Use our specially designed accessories for replacements. If you need to use it again, you can send us and we will offer you some discounts.
WiFi Connection	1.Ensure WiFi and Bluetooth Are On: Both must be enabled for proper connection. 2.2.4G WiFi Only: The device does not support 5G networks. 3.Place Near WiFi Source: Ensure a strong internet connection for optimal performance.

Using the App A	1.“Start” and “Empty” Buttons: Press “start” to initiate cleaning and “empty” to quickly replace the litter. 2.Check Manual Mode: If the litter box is not self-cleaning, verify that manual mode is turned off. 3.Check Device Power: Make sure the power switch is turned on for normal operation. 4.Handling Bin Full Alerts: If the bag isn't flattened, the app may continuously remind you that the bin is full. You can disable this alert and re-enable it when you’re away.
Using the App B	5.Radar Sensors: The lid has motion radar sensors that detect movement within a 120° and 600mm range. If a person or cat is within this area, the litter box may stop functioning. Consider turning off this feature while you're away.
Introduce New Litter Box	1.Location is Key. Place the litter box in the same location as the old one, or leave the old one nearby for a short period of time (at least during transition). 2.Keep the Old Box. Do not throw out the old box. Put the new one in its designated spot and stop cleaning out the old one.
to Your Cat	3.Use Recognizable Scents. Add a scoop of litter from the old litter box to provide a familiar scent for your cat.
