This automatic tape dispenser is a great tool to have. You can get very precise with the length of tape, and save a few settings. It cuts well, and so far I have no complaints. I think this is a great product.

I loved it works perfect and it's easy to use. It's not too heavy and fits anywhere. Cuts ribbon super fast and is sturdy while it does it. Looks to be in perfect condition.

I work in fulfillment and I brought this to work with me to help ME. I had so much fun setting it up and using it for the first time that all the other staff were laughing at me. You do have to set the lengths, but it's awesome that you can set multiple lengths and then scroll through letters to get the length you need.I wasn't sure how well it'd work with packing tape, but it's perfect. I will never go back. Once I finally get my home office set up, I'll bring it home and make work buy one of their own! Would be absolutely amazing at Christmas if you are making bows to have the length cut automatically for you, as well.

This was a great product untilIt stopped working mid cut after two months! There’s no way to contact customer support to get a replacement. Buy a different brand.
