It works, but it is useless in the sense that it isn't functionally usable. I cannot find a sensor position that does not result in 'ghost flushes', with the thing just flushing, and flushing, and flushing. It works, pretty well, actually, and was easy to install, but without being able to adjust the sensor, I have to leave the battery out of it to prevent it from running the flusher batteries down and wasting water, negating the usefulness of the device.I will try 'manually adjusting' the sensor by scuffing the IR lens and see if I can use diffusion to my advantage here.

The flusher works as expected once it's hooked up. The chain is a bit short, so you'll have to be careful about where you set the handle. The sensor works pretty well too, and I'm impressed at the distance, as I was able to trigger it from another room. It's also super easy to install and came with the batteries.I got this for my toilet trained cats, and that's where I have an issue. There's only a 3 second delay on the sensor, so the cat may not be done before it flushes. It also triggers every time there is something in front of the sensor. This is fine for one of my cats, who jumps up, does her business, jumps off.The other cat takes 4-5 approaches before she does her business, and is easily spooked. The flushing mechanism is rather loud. Combined with the flushing every 3 seconds, it scared my skittish cat to where she wouldn't go into the bathroom at all. RIP entry rug.I had to retrain and coax her to not be scared of the bathroom and had to resort back to my timed pulley system. My next move will be to let her get adjusted and then experiment with putting the sensor somewhere in another room where there's no way she's on the toilet when it triggers. The flusher is great in theory, but the problem lies with the cat. For humans I think this will not have a problem.

Came with missing parts. The actual pump was missing from the box. Returned for refund.

Excellent, and worked great till the toilet lid was closed and the darn remote button that fastens to the lid fell into the bowl and flushed itself, which at that point cost me over $500.00 to remove it from the toilet. If this was made anywhere other then China I would buy another one.

I've been using this flush kit in my bathroom, mainly for my cat, and overall, I'm quite pleased with its performance. It's a real game-changer in maintaining a clean and odor-free space. The convenience of not having to manually flush after my cat is a major plus, especially during those days when we are not at home. The flusher's sensor technology is generally reliable, and it efficiently detects when someone, or in my case, my cat, is using the toilet. However, my only minor gripe is that I wish there was an option to adjust the timer for when it detects someone on the toilet. My cat tends to be a bit fidgety, jumping on and off the toilet before actually doing his business. As a result, sometimes the flusher activates a bit prematurely, leading to unnecessary flushes.Despite this small inconvenience, the automatic flusher has made my life much more convenient, and I appreciate the cleaner and more hygienic environment it provides. If there were an update in the future to allow for timer adjustments, it would be absolutely perfect. But for now, I'm still a satisfied user of this helpful device.

It was great when it wanted to work, but stopped working out after about a month. Manufacturer has said they’re going to send me a new one, but they never have

I bought two, and the one for our downstairs toilet the clip broke instantly. So I rigged it with rubber bands around the piece needed to stay. But for all the good it’s done. That one’s never worked. And I ended up replacing just about everything inside the toilet to make it new. But it still won’t lift the flapper to flush. The one upstairs was working great at first. Then we got the phantom flushes. Then no flushing. Now you can sit just to go one, and it starts to “flush” and by that it moves the water around. But nothing flushes. Thankfully right after the first issues with the downstairs toilet and the phantom flushing I had contacted amazon because I couldn’t find a way to reach the seller about this. And amazon helped me to fix the problem. But I would not recommend this issue unless that seller is 100% available. If I cannot contact a seller, I say, never buy! I didn’t realize that. And I’d researched before I bought these too! I don’t know how I missed that one large issue! I guess I was just so focused on that it was an automatic flusher and not those stupid wavers.I wish there were less waivers and more automatic. But after seeing what garbage this one is, I can see why there’s not a lot of these. I have two young boys who do not flush 99.9% of the time. So waiving at a toilet is not going to help them anymore than flushing. I wanted and still want, something that will get the job done for me! I hate nothing more than lifting the lid and find that wonderful surprise that’s been sitting there for who knows how long! Gross! That automatic flusher should be eliminating these issues. Yet I still hear my youngest ask the question, who didn’t flush!? Gross!!!! 🤦🏽♀️😂Amazon used to carry a different brand like this one that I’d talked to the company itself. But if you think this one is pricy at $70. Buckle in, the others brand, Santeen, or something like it, is $100+, burgeoning on $200 for something very similar. Maybe a higher quality. So I just don’t think you can get away from a high price for this type of device. But at least with the later company, there’s someone you can talk to about installation. And if something goes wrong post sales, someone has your back besides just amazon trying to make it right. But sadly this one did not live up to my expectations and that really disappointed me because I wanted it to be something that helped eliminated conflicts in the house. And nothing got resolved except to create more conflicts because now I have these devices that do not work and all I want to do if figure out why! It seems so simple a device and yet, it’s failing to do its simple job. What is it an issue of? The chain? The battery? I just don’t get it.
