it does work on a 2014 ford focus se. you do have to splice the wires. The wires are a different color then factory. also, no instructions so you will have to pay attention to the way its sitting to wire it up. It would have been awesome if it was plug and go.

The OEM wires are much larger. AWG 16 in and 18 out of the BMS fed by a 15 amp fuse. The wires on this cable are AWG 20 or 22 which is much smaller and definitely provide a failure point. The actual cable is not terrible but if the BMS fails the whole thing is garbage. Well it’s pretty much garbage already.

The delivery was timely. The cable connection to the battery was upside down on the fitting. Had to shave battery terminal to get it put on. Seems to be working fine

Works fine. Due to the shape being a bit different from OE I needed to do a bit of fitment work. BTE, I don’t think an exact OR replacement is available, so this part worked out fine for me.
