Have not installed yet but after inspecting for fit and function, it seems to be a direct OEM replacement. Currently working on tearing the engine down to the heads but will be installing once gasket replacement/resurfacing is complete. For the price you cannot beat it.

Installed and was worried about a leak but all went well with the radiator. We had a leak at the end of the radiator hose so we bought another clamp and that worked! Manufacturer might consider protecting the plastic parts with more foam, bubble wrap, or a thicker box. We received item with a slight crack at the top but it fit snug. All is good so far.

Came in very quickly, was well packaged and showed up with no damage. I was abit worried about a $150 radiator but so far so good. Direct OEM fit but the coolant fittings are a touch smaller and the factory spring clamps didn't hold, so get some good hose clamps.

The radiator works fine and was a good fit for my truck. However, some pieces were broken off and I had to build a hanger to keep it in place. Basically I am satisfied, but after having read more reviews believe the radiator should be packaged better for shipment.
