Ininstall it last night and it was so easy….the only thing is the wire for the switch is little bit too short. I want to place the switch on the top of my dash but can only place it under..other than that same quality as other branded name….its a good buy for me….

I currently only have two sets of lights on my jeep, and they were individually working off my regular 12V plug in my dash. But now that I have this, it cleaned up my centre council and it just happens to fit on my radio mount. And moving forward, I will be able to add more lights to my jeep with ease because I only have to run wires to the fuse box infer the hood and replace a sticker for the corresponding button!**I had to black out a button as I didn’t have enough blank stickers. But I’ll be adding more lights before to long now.

I absolutely love this thing! I wanted a nice switch panel to run accessories in my Bronco since it didn't come with the upfitter switches. I wanted a clean install that looked professional without spending a fortune. There are some similar switch panels on the market that cost way more, but this thing is on point with those if not better! Install was fairly straightforward, but I wire up police cars for a living, so your mileage may vary. Tech support was top notch when I did have a little issue, and I was able to get it straightened out right away. I love the fact that I can set the function of switches for either momentary or on/off. I currently have LED pods, a lightbar, and an air horn wired in to this and everything is working perfectly.

This is a great product but there are a few things you should consider during installation:1. To install the provided bracketry, you should consider an after-market bracket that is larger so you can attach the 60Amp breaker fuse next to the panel. You cannot attach both the panel and fuse to the provided bracket. To make it work, you'll need to drill into the fuse box cover and attach the breaker fuse there and that will allow you to be close enough to the battery to use the shorter red cable. A bigger bracket will be cleaner and keep everything together.2. For the bracket, you'll need to get self-tapping screws to drill into the side of the engine wall bay. nothing provided.3. Accessory Fuse Tap - If you have a 4Runner, you'll likely need to buy a Low Profile ATM Fuse tap and a 5amp ATM Low Pro fuse to match the 4runner fuses. The provided Tap and Fuse is a Micro and not the same as the 4runner. If you use the provided tap, you'll need to buy another micro fuse to plug into the tap slot and cannot use a spare fuse in the 4runner fuse box cover. Also, the provided Tap is too tall to fit in the fuse box as the only fuses that run on ACC mode only are sitting on the higher level fuse bracket in the box. This makes it impossible to close the fuse box without ruining something inside. it's an extra 20ish dollars for everything including an fuse set. Can't buy just one ATM LP fuze.4. When setting up the panel, you will need to drill a hole for the cord into the dash to hide it nicely. The way the cord connects, the cord on the panel side has a screw-threaded cap that is great for keeping things connected and tight! The only problem is that it's thick and will need to drill a very big hole to slide that nicely into the dash or panel to hide it neatly. I did not make that extra large hole. Instead, I just looped the cord a few times behind the panel and zip-tied them out of sight while allowing the cord from behind the panel to peak out just enough for the connection. My 4 cents. :)

Bought this for a my Jeep Wrangler TJ (03-06) used some angle iron to make a mount for it in the engine bay that used one factory hole and I drilled another. Gets a little bit of water and dust in that area but mostly protected. Then I modified the controller mount by bending the ears in a little and putting it inside one of the face vents. Wiring was pretty easy except the leads to the battery aren’t long enough for my application. I found they are 6 AWG so I bought about 8’ of red and black to wire to my battery. Also worth noting you need to connect the accessory signal wire to a keyed fuse, if you connect it to full time 12v the control panel stays illuminated 24/7 which could drain your battery. So you do need to wire it to a keyed on fuse like the radio since that works key in run and accessory mode. Changing the functions of what the accessory does when you press its button is easy by double clicking the on/off button and pressing the accessory button you want to change (blue is momentary, green is strobe, red is press on/press off. Can’t for the life of me get my phone to bluetooth connect using the “switch panel” app maybe that’s an iPhone thing…idk. The standard green backlighting isn’t too bright at night, auto dim is pretty nice. I’ll update the review if I have any problems in the future. And we’ll see how it does when the sun beats down on it when I take the top and doors off.
