Pretty fingertip towel. I already have other bathroom accessories with Gilded Birds theme and this will make a nice addition. Good quality. Very soft.

This is a gorgeous shower curtain. The birds are embroidered, and they are very detailed. The curtain adds color without being loud or garish. I love Avanti items, and this shower curtain lives up to their normal tasteful design and quality.

The hooks are beautiful, but the hooks themselves are a bit thin and can easily fall off the curtain rod.

I bought this as a replacement for a washcloth that mysteriously disappeared from my guest bath. (My husband claims innocence, although no one else had been here.) The whole Gilded Bird set is easily the most beautiful bathroom set I've ever seen, and I've had so many compliments on them. The colors are vibrant and gorgeous, and the craftsmanship is excellent. They're a very good quality, so I'm sure they'd be nice to actually use, but I want them to stay pristine and perfect.

The towel fabric is of a generous size and the fabric is thick with a nice feel. The embroidery of the birds is done beautifully, with no loose threads, and the colours are rich and vibrant. The only unexpected thing is the hem. That gold border fabric is attached but is left as an open "flap" at the bottom. I think that that is because that fabric is different from the towel fabric and if they were fully attached, when washed, they will shrink differently, and the edge might pucker. The hem right now looks lovely and sits flat. Although the opening at the bottom is a little different, this is a VERY PRETTY TOWEL!
