This net is amazing. Still don't understand how they get away with selling them this much but it's amazing quaility considering it's competitors are almost 100 dollars more.

Magnet and net work awesome. I wear it on the back of vest and it easily unhooks on the back and hooks to the magnet at ease. Magnet seems super sturdy after a few fishing trips.

Net seems to be good. The larger size did well helping me to land the larger trout I’ve been lucky enough to catch! It was a bit la get than I was expecting but I’m pretty happy with the net and as much as I wanted to buy the expensive frog pond, it his one seems to be just as good (time will tell, but so far seems good quality)Only read I didn’t give 5 stars was the handle doesn’t come with or easily allow a more secure metal loop to be fastened to it. The pice of paracord that it comes with definitely was not something I felt confident with to hook to for hanging this on my sling pack, so I took a large metal coil loop off another net and had to really work to get it to fit on. In doing so I scraped the surface of the finish, but got it on. Now I can secure to a stretch coil with magnet release.

I have had nets from all the big companies and the quality of this net is very similar at a much better price.

Wanted a new net like this and have been watching for a long time at these but they were $100.00 + and at my age I settled keeping my custom made wooden net. So I decided to treat myself to this one and I like it . I have made some modifications to it for quick and easy way to net fish. This net comes with a cord on the handle , that's not good enough for me so I added the magnetic release system.

The net is high quality and feels good in your hand. It carries well, but mine didn't come with a magnetic release. It just has a loop of cord through the hole in the end of the handle. Pictures showed it with the release, but I now see they've updated their product pictures to show the cord as mine came.Solid net, not exactly what was described.

I really like the net it’s perfect. I can’t give it 5 starts cause it didn’t come with a magnetic holder. I specifically picked one that is supposed to have the magnet. Other reviews state the same thing, that part is missing.

The net feels really well made and sturdy and shares the same specs with the nomad. Have yet to use the net, but I can't see why anything would be an issue. The net and threading is a wearable part and can be easily replaced, so I'm not super concerned about that aspect as they do seem very well put together.Like other people have said, no magnetic release was included, only a small carabiner with a curly cord. I wouldn't be using the magnetic release on this net, but the point of it missing when it clearly states as being part of the order is why I've given the net 4 stars.

It shows a metal inlet hole in the handle, which this does not have.

Aventik's carbon net is super light thanks to the carbon fibre construction and the rubber net is large enough for salmon or steelhead and gentle on the fish. No magnetic net release was included, rather it is a cheap carabiner. Please send the magnetic release!
