For something that simple I would expect better quality. The hinges are weak and closures poorly designed/aligned. Makes closing the case difficult under the best of conditions. The foam inserts that hold the flies came as loose pieces with adhesive backing to be installed by the user. Since there is only one configuration, why not have those properly installed at the factory? I am holding on to it for now until I can find something better at a store. If I can find a replacement soon enough, I will return it.

Well constructed. Accommodates flies easily. The price is significantly less than a lot of competitors yet the product stacks up to all of them

Durable and sized perfectly as a boat fly box, this product is quite a bit cheaper (in $$ only) compared to name brand boat boxes already made. Hard to say no to buying this box. Comes with 3 different adhesive-backed gray foam inserts to receive flies.
