Cheap, awesome little boxes that are perfect for my jigs and all my wet/dirty lures (with a micro fiber towel inside)! I also bought a 2nd box that I will line with velvet so I can store some TPE Lures that I have ! 5 stars from me!!

I tie flies to relax so I do 5-8 a night. Lots of flies without homes. These are perfect not too shallow and pretty big. You wouldn’t take these on the water, just for storage. Just what I needed.

I got these NOT as field boxes but to use them to organize, sort and store my bulk flies. Their large size and simple construction makes them shares for field use but at this price, and with the different foam options and potentially massive storage capacity, I can buy as many as needed to keep my you tying flies organized en toto. Currently I have two for dries and emergers, and two for nymphs, buggers, and terrestrials for close to 1000 flies.These boxes are pretty shallow so they are fine with most of my trout flies. However, large hoppers and saltwater streamers may not fit cleanly and get compressed or crushed by the lids. So I use different boxes that are deeper for those largest flies.

I use them to store and organize streamer and nymph flies for at home storage, for which they are perfect. Thoroughly worth it and will purchase more as needed.

You get exactly what you want with this larger fly box. Very practical. Now i an retire my other 5 small fly boxes and have everything close at hand.

Howdy all! On the surface, this looked like a very reasonable product. Couldn't find any other bulk fly storage options that were suitable. Bought 3x L versions A,B, and D.1) The internal dimensions are not truly A4...the hinges prevent a piece of A4 paper from being stored. I know this shouldn't matter if the goal is for fishing tackle. However, I anticipated using the foam from these boxes in another box, and then using this box for document storage. But the documents do not even fit!2) I liked the slim profile. It barely fits a size 14 Royal Wulff. Despite drys somewhat fitting, they will easily get crushed because the plastic is very flimsy in the middle. PP is a great plastic, just not for this application with how thin it is.3) The latches are surprisingly good. Overall, this would fit streamers or nymphs or other slimmer tackle without much concern.Overall, the product works for slim tackle or tackle you don't mind getting crushed. I am returning the product. It still isn't worth the price. I found it much cheaper and easier to buy empty containers of dimensions I preferred and then gluing in EVA foam I picked up at the hobby store. DIY fly storage containers was just a much more convenient, cheap, and customizable option.I almost gave it 1 star because it isn't really sized for A4... which is weird because the exact same box is available on Amazon as a document holder....However, I settled for 3 stars because it is cheap material, but wasn't advertised to store and protect dry flies specifically. That requires something a little sturdier.

I needed a better system for organizing my flies, and these cases are perfect. You can see the flies easily so I know which case I'm grabbing (salt vs. freshwater). I like that I can slip these in the back pockets of my car seats so I can bring them on any trip just in case. I didn't stick the foam down (it's adhesive!) because I'm a beginner and I like to keep info on each fly in the back of the case so I have help choosing (see second photo). Yes, I'm a Postfly Box subscriber! Also highly recommended if you are looking to build up your library without having to spend hours at a fly shop asking questions.
