Item that I purchased was exactly what I needed when teaching the class. From the folder jacket pockets to the three prongs used for holding three hole notebook paper the folder was perfect!

Use them for copies tax returns. Nice and sturdy. They don’t come with labels or they would receive 5 stars.

These folders are durable and cost effective. Having the business card holder is a plus, as is the three brads to hold things securely in place. In addition, the pockets in the front and the back of the folder allow for quick storage before inserting extra paper into the three brads. Excellent quality for the price and nice color.

Not great for A4 papers, as stuck out the top, but they did the job!

These are a perfectly good quality, especially for the price and the amount you get in one order! I didn't exactly need 25, but they were still cheaper than getting less of the supposedly better quality folders out there. The brads in the middle are great for keeping three hole punched papers, and I have no problem with a paper folder over a plastic folder. It's thick paper, a pretty standard folder.

I compared prices with the local office store and these were way lower on Amazon. The surprise is they are actually a better quality than what I was comparing them to in the local store so it was an even better value. These have the ability to be a binder for loose leaf pages rather than just having a pocket for the papers so they are an even better deal than I anticipated.

I love these folders! They hold ~50 sheets of paper, and do not look like that photo. The binding portion is *not* a paper stapled to the folder, but rather part of the folder. I need to remember to take a picture and post it up here. I have been using them for over a year for handout packets in my training sessions and haven't had a single bad folder. I have tried to use the "School Smart" and Staples brands, which have the white paper part stapled into the middle - they are so flimsy, and at least 1 per box is messed up: missing the binding strip, or it's stapled crooked, so the brads won't line up with the holes. Out of 4 boxes, I have a stack of 10 I can't use. Also they hold very few sheets and not very securely. Get the Avery ones, and also Amazon has the best price.

I got these at a great price since color wasn't a consideration and getting a quantity of them made more sense than buying just a few of them at a time. I've found that Avery consistently makes a good product and these were no exception. The tang fasteners are very durable and the pockets don't tear as easily as some other brands. I'm very happy with the way the seller carefully packaged and quickly shipped them, plus the excellent quality of the product. Will order more when needed.

I'm a middle school math teacher & bought these for my class to organize their weekly plans and assignments. Having looked at half-a-dozen other portfolios with tabs, I found the Avery product to be the best value. These are a relatively stiff paper stock, so seem like they will hold up well. Also, the pocket design makes it easy to put in loose papers. Many other designs that I've used over the years make it hard to insert loose papers. The 3-hole prong fasteners are single rather than double, which makes for simpler use, too. With double-prongs (like virtually all other similar products), after you've used them a few times it's a little tricky to squeeze the two prongs together to fit them into the paper holes. With a single-prong design like this, it's easy the first, second or twentieth time. The single prong holds just as well as a double prong, so to me this single-prong design is definitely better.Understand though that this is a paper-stock design. There are other heavier-duty designs that use glossy laminate paper and others that use a flexible poly plastic, which probably will hold up longer, but those other ones cost 3-4 times as much, and don't have the same natural feel as this Avery one. Unless you're really hard on it, it seems like this Avery portfolio will last a reasonable amount of time. For the price, this Avery design is great, especially if you have to buy a lot of them. The other design on Amazon that you may want to consider is the "Bazic" portfolio (Bazic 2-Pocket Portfolios with 3-Prong Fastener, Assorted Colors (Case of 100)). I bought a case and found that although the Bazic quality and feel was not as nice as the Avery, many students in my class were excited to have a choice of colors. The Bazic quality is OK, so should be good enough for many purposes. Of course, you also have to buy 100 of the Bazics, but only 25 of the Averies. In short, if you're happy with just light blue and need a bunch of them, I recommend the Avery portfolios.
