I've had this external hard drive for just under two years issues with your Xbox. When I tried to install Assassin's Creed Valhalla, I kept getting this error where the game wouldn't install because it was directly installing into the external hard drive instead of the Xbox. So if you encounter that issue with any of your games, it's because your Xbox is set up to download new games into the external hard drive and that'll cause issues with some games, not everything. Additionally, it just kind of crapped out on me and I've had it for just under two years. It makes a noise once I plug it into my computer but the computer can't see it and neither does the Xbox. I tried it on two different computers and two different Xboxes with the same results. There are no drivers to update the external hard drive with online either.Update August 4th 2022:I was able to contact customer service who verified that I purchased the hard drive just under 2 yrs ago and was still within warranty. Once they got my address, they immediately sent a replacement. The new hard drive has double the space and apparently is a newer model. I plugged it in and started moving all my games - ITS FAST!Averages about 200-500mps for moving files. Boys and then you'll be nothing instantly connected to the Xbox without having to reformat or anything. Super happy with customer service, thus the five stars!

I got this back in April for my birthday to get more space for ny Xbox One and it's been working great for me. My only issue is that sometimes the games I installed on there don't pop up, when I look for them. But it's an easy fix when all I have to do is disconnect it and plug it back in.Overall, I really like it. If you need more space for your gaming console or computer, I highlu recommend getting this. And maybe get another for even more storage space.

Plugged it into my Xbox one right away and filled it with games. Works perfectly! Already formatted like the description says so i had no problems. Good price and arrived fast!

I run gta and a bunch of other games on my Xbox without any issues. Got an older system and ran out of memory so I use one of these for storing games. No issues at all. Would recommend this route if you don’t want to upgrade your system before the new systems drop late 2020 early 2021.
