I’m short like 5’5 and my house is older built in 1905 so ceilings are super high to me I was having issues pulling the fan strings but now I don’t. I have some left over so maybe I will add a few more fans now!

The product does not have a shiny finish. Otherwise it's a good buy for the price.

Simple, easy, came with the connectors. If I have any "gripe," the chain is strong! My scissors wouldn't cut the chain and a razor blade wouldn't. Make sure you have something sharp with some pressure--it ultimately took my dog's nail cutter to get the job done (I'm resourceful like that). Small thing, though, to otherwise good product that is as advertised and does what it is supposed to do.
