They have the redesigned inner seal, But it went in just fine with the tool I purchased , the vacuum seal went on all right with another tool. I purchased I had to use a large hammer to get the vacuum seal on.. My complaint is with the dust seal. It fits the shaft just fine except when installed in the shaft housing groove. The seal is much too small and it can wobble.I've read on forms that Spicer has a new style that fits snug. I don't know why they didn't include it in this kit.The tool to install the vacume seal on the axel is also used to tap the axel shaft and vacume seal into its seat.The second photo is what I used on the passenger side, inner seal, a piece of threaded pipe and a flange nut that fit inside the shaft guide , then dropped down enough to catch the inter seal.
