The door was attached crooked so it would not shut properly without the bottom corner "clicking" over the edge of the base. This, over time, will likely cause either wear spots, break the hinge or chipping of the door. Called the manufacturer (truly wonderful to deal with) and they suggested returning it to Amazon. They sell direct and in the end were cheaper than Amazon, even with shipping factored in. New unit arrives soon and I'll update my review.
