It is easy to put together and will rotate if u take the band out of the base. The only issue I have with it was how hard I hard to push to put anything in the top. I tried cardboard, cardstock, thin wood, and poster board. The only thing that worked was cardboard.

This product is great for small businesses display but it is very unstable. The pegboard itself just slides into the base with no secured method. It also does not secure a tight fit so it is wobbly front, back, and to the sides.The top of my product came broken as seen in the photo. But such is to be expected when you see that the product is just thrown into a box without any bubble wrap or product protection. It’s just completely unwrap with brown paper on top.Other than those cons, the pegboard itself is a very nice hard plastic. I didn’t have any extra holes as mentioned. For the cost I believe, the product should come without any imperfections (ex: being broken). On the fence about returning.

This was a great purchase! I needed something for my boutique that is stationary but that I could move around when needed. This was perfect! Heavy/sturdy enough that it won’t get knocked over if bumped, but light enough that I can move it without help when I rearrange.I own a children’s boutique and it’s the perfect size for bows, socks, etc. I just thought a second one!
