Cheap lightweight metal and awful nuts and bolts. The bolts were factory tightened and were cross threaded. Could barely adjust it enough to work. Don't do it. Buy something that will last because this piece of garbage won't stand a test of time.

These are very poorly made. I am very tolerant of product flaws, as long as they get the job done, but these are terrible. I have them holding 8” splash cymbals and they cannot hold them up for more than 30 seconds. The clamps doesn’t tighten correctly and allow the boom arm to move around to the point of uselessness. The screws are cheap and will snap if you try and tighten them as much as you need to. Waste of money.

This is the biggest piece of junk - not even sure it’s made of metal - but the screws stripped on the first tighten! Useless garbage!

When you need a good arm to hold a small cymbal these are a good value. I wouldn’t recommend it for big heavy ride cymbals though
