This is way nicer than any other B-gap tools, even the those that come with a derailleur purchase. It just clips on the cassette and you just adjusted your B-gap until the axle of your top jockey wheel is centered in the hole on the tool. It’s all plastic and very durable. You don’t need two hands to hold the tool, once it’s clipped on the largest cog of your cassette you can let it go and it won’t fall off. It’s easy to see as you are turning your B-gap screw when the jockey wheel axle is in the center hole. For 12speed, 50-52t cassettes only.

I have a Specialized Turbo Levo SL S-Works with SRAM components. This worked perfectly as it’s supposed to, and it’s on my shelf. Amazon had it available, free shipping on Prime and I had other stuff on an order so it shipped together anyway. Nice to have it available on Amazon

I purchase two of these. You do get one when you purchase a new SRAM derailleur but they’re plastic and break easy as are these. I always carry one and a hanger when I ride. I’ve changed a few in the middle of rides or after crash. I’ll probably be back to buy more.

Setting the rear suspension to sag before measuring using this tool is crucial but a pain in the butt for one person to do alone. I ended up airing down my shock and then using zip ties to hold the rear triangle at sag.

Super simple to use and a must have for your tool wall. Every time I change my cassette and RD from road to mountain and back I use this to confirm the B gap.

If you're using the new AXS system there's not much to adjust. But setting the B gap is key to making sure the system is working correctly. My new bike came set up but was skipping, missing and being funky in the 4-6 cog range and the hanger had never touched the ground. I didn't think this was the issue but checked anyway and sure enough, the B-gap was way off. Once set the shifting was flawless, smooth and quick. The right tool for the job.

Bien moins pratique et facile d'utilisation que vrai outil SRAM tout au moins pour un 52 dents.J'ai récupéré l'outil SRAM entre temps, c'est le jour et la nuit en terme de précision de réglage.Je déconseille.
