We got this to give as grandparent gifts. They are easy to make and use. I think they will last many years if they handled with care. I would get again!

While I really like the concept of this kit and the quality for the price, the ink pad is just too small for the size of the paper and frame. The ink pad is much more narrow than the advertised frame width of 4.5 inches. I thought it would be perfect for my baby’s keepsake ornament given the advertised size of the frame, but the ink pad is really only big enough for a newborn’s hand, and even that will require the fingers to be precisely positioned close together. If you are wanting to memorialize your baby’s hand size at Christmas time, but they were born earlier in the year, this may not be the set for you. Most moms I know (myself included) do these things at the time of the holiday, not right after the baby is born, so if you are gifting this to a momma due a few months or more before Christmas keep that in mind. That said, it was simple enough to pull out some paint and do it the old fashioned way. The frames and the ribbons are quite nice. I ended up needing to cut some more paper to size because it is a challenge to get a handprint right with a baby who just wants to squeeze the paint in his fist! I do like that the frame is double sided, so I was able to do a hand on one side and a foot on the other. Or you could add a pboto cut to size or whatever you would like. Once you tie the ribbon, the acrylic and your prints are securely fastened in the frame. I appreciated the different ribbon options. The frame itself is sturdy and I suspect it will hold up over the years. The acrylic will likely scratch and May need replaced eventually.

This is a great all inclusive kit for making a couple of cute keepsake ornaments. They can be traditional Christmas tree ornaments, or just a cute year-round keepsake. They make it very easy to put together the ornament, and include all you need. They are fairly large so you can do a small infant footprint but not so large that they are unattractive on a tree. They are lightweight but hang nicely. They could have a photo on one side and a handprint on the other, or a footprint and handprint, whatever you can come up with, and you could give them as gifts, and are a great value for the money especially when you can get a few handmade gifts out of one kit. They function as intended and I had zero issues using this kit. I chose to make one for each of my granddaughters and they came out lovely. I recommend this item for anyone wanting to make an easy, inexpensive keepsake project. Everything is well thought out and included so you literally need nothing besides the kit and a child. Great item!

The KeaBabies Bitsy inkless baby hand and footprint kit is simple to use and mess-free. The hardest part is getting your little one to cooperate and push their hand onto the stamper. The stamp pad is directional so you place the ink side down and then put baby's hand or foot on the mess-free stamper. The pressure will transfer the hand or footprint onto the surface but ink never touches baby! This kit comes with a few wood frames, double-sided tape, a few cards, and some ribbons to dress it up a bit. It is a lovely and mess-free way to memorialize your little one.

I bought this for my 11 month olds first christmas ornament bu the little ink pad rectangle is too small. His hand fit the oval though so I might try buying different ink to use. Easy to use, ink does not get on baby.
