Super cute for my 3.5 year old! I'm putting it in her Easter basket so I can't determine the fit of it but it looks perfect for her (38", 36 pounds). The shoulder ties make it adjustable and we can tie a pretty bow or a knot for more secure days like the water park. The top and bottoms are lined and well made with thicker material. I can't wait to see her reaction to her "Ariel" swimsuit! It will definitely be her top pick out of her drawer, and doesn't break the bank!

I ordered this $17 Izyjoy mermaid swimsuit (Amazon ASIN B0DSC1YB7Q) for a toddler who thinks she's a mermaid. It's cute. It runs a bit small, so my suggestion is to get a larger size than you think you'll need. It's a two-piece set. I like the rich color of the top and the shimmery fish-patterned bottoms. The deeply dyed purple bow is sewn on well, although it's slightly lopsided (uneven). You can see it in the attached photos, but it's barely noticeable. The straps can come undone unless you knot them tightly. The bikini top is double-lined, which is a nice feature. The front of the bikini top is double-lined, but the back is only single-lined. The elastic bands around the thighs fit nicely without constricting. The label says "100 Made in China" on one side, and "82% Polyamide & 16% Elastane" on the other. Polyamide, or nylon, is a synthetic fiber known for its strength, durability, and quick-drying properties. Elastane (spandex) is a highly elastic fiber that provides stretch and flexibility, ensuring a comfortable and form-fitting garment. This combination of materials is ideal for swimwear and very common. I'm not sure what the "100" indicates, but it could signify a size, perhaps for toddlers 100 centimeters tall. However, that would be a child about 3 or 4 years old, and this bathing suit, while stretchy, is definitely sized smaller than that. What's a bit disconcerting are the care instructions. There are five symbols on the label, all of which have a big fat X through them, which means this thing is going to be hard to care for if you follow the rules. Looking up what each of the symbols means, I think these are they (but check with the photos attached):1. Do not bleach2. Do not tumble dry3. Do not dry clean4. Tumble dry at low temperature (if absolutely necessary)5. Do not ironWhat all this means is that you can't just throw it in the wash & dryer with your other clothes, but since swimming is sporadic, it's not a huge deal to have to hand wash & dry, but it is something to keep in mind. What I've been doing is that I've been rinsing it in cool water after each use and hand washing it with a mild detergent. Then, I roll it in a towel to get rid of excess water and lay it flat to dry in the shade.Overall, I love this swimsuit! It's cute, and fits her well, and my daughter loves it. If you're looking for a fun mermaid swimsuit, I recommend this one. Just remember to size up and be prepared to hand wash!
