I have enjoyed this so far. Convenient to take around for naps and still have safe sleep. Reduces chances of aspiration. Not 100% fool proof to stop spit up but let’s be honest they’re babies and babies are going to spit up no matter what. I will say it has completely stopped my daughter from spitting up in her sleep afrer I have burped her and kept her up right for 30 minutes but every baby is different. I love this product. 10/10
