Miracle suit. My grandson falls asleep within 30 seconds after I put this on.

This transitional sleep sack is comparable to the well-known Merlin's Magic Sleep Suit. It is a very similar design. The material is soft, lightweight, and plush. We used a secondhand fleece 3-6 month Merlin suit that had shrunk down from multiple washings, and the material felt a little stiffer. I feel like these were positive things for my tiny 10 week old who still fit into newborn clothes at the time. This 0-6 month sleep sack is larger/looser, and more flexible. If your child is on the smaller side and needs more startle suppression to help them sleep, this transitional sleep suit may not be the best fit. If they are closer to 6 month size and needing less startle suppression, it will probably be a better fit for your needs.

This sleep suit is a nice amount of cushion and definitely warm. I like the arms and legs so I can use it in a baby carrier in cooler weather. I think it’s a little on the big side for a newborn depending on the size of your newborn, but definitely good for 3-6 months. The zippers and snaps are good although I wish the legs snapped fully open for diaper changing because the amount it opens is still a little hard to change a diaper.

This is exactly as advertised… but it wasn’t quite what I expected. It’s more like really thick pajamas than a true sleep sack… and I personally prefer traditional sleep sacks because they give a little more room to breathe and regulate temperature. We only used it a couple of times… and on the nights we did… it kept her cozy… but one night she got a little sweaty. It’s definitely warm… so if your baby runs hot… this might not be the best option. The quality is great… the fabric is soft… and the zipper works smoothly for easy diaper changes… but for us… it was just hard to regulate her temperature.I’m taking a star off… but that’s more about personal preference than the product itself. If you’re looking for a thick… warm alternative to a sleep sack… this does the job well. Just be aware that it’s on the heavier side… so it might not be the best fit for every baby.

Bought this one after my baby grew out of Merlin's sleeping suit size small. I knew it wasn't the same brand but decided to give it a try to compare. Merlin's large is 6-9 months and this one was 6-12. He is 4 months but he's wearing 6-9 months old clothing so I got this one so that I could use it for longer. Which I think it would be good cause it's long on the arms and I had to fold the sleeves. At least it doesn't unfold while sleeping. Also the other difference is the zipper I do prefer the Merlin zipper cause is easy to zip up and down with this one it hard to zip back up on the middle of the night you have to remove the fabric to get it through. And also Merlin's outside fabric feels a lil thicker than this but I don't mind. It's still warm and fluffy.

This is a nice sleeping article for baby. It combines the features of a one-piece sleepwear outfit, having arms an legs, with a sleep sack blanket (having warm layers that help regulate body temperature to maintain a 2.5 TOG level of warmth. 2.5 TOG is intended for cooler, winter months' weather. The sleep sack is super, ultra soft, 100% cotton on the outside and lining layers, with a polyester filling in-between. I have washed it in the machine (cold gentle cycle) twice, with no fading, shrinkage, getting out of shape, or pilling. I do wish that it was quilted, as I am concerned about the poly filling bunching up and becoming lumpy with use and more washings. Quilting or additional stitching would prevent the poly fill from moving and shifting and getting wadded up on the inside. Other than that, its a really nice sleeping sack, and again, super soft and warm and cozy. The price of $42 seems a bit overpriced, but if it performs well and lasts without getting distorted, I could justify the price.

This is so good for little babies!! It’s soft, cozy, squishy, warm, and does not have any fur or fuzz on it that can leave little fibers on babies faces! I kept my first baby in one of these suits as long as I could and he loved it as much as I did! Now my daughter loves this one just as much. I can keep her in her diaper and put this in her and she warm and can move freely. It also kind of bulks up there tiny baby frame and makes them not as nerve wrenching to hold because they feels as tiny and fragile! This makes a great gift for any mom who is especially having a winter or cold weather season baby.

Our house is a little cool in the winter, so I wanted something to help keep our grandson warm at night. This will do the trick! It’s nice and thick and so very soft. He is 6 months old, weighs 17.5 lbs., wears a size 6 months (in Carter’s), but he’s very long for his age. Because of that, I ordered the larger size. It’s a little big, but I think that over his sleeper, it should be fine and he can wear it longer. All of the inside and outside fabric is 100% soft cotton (another reason that I bought the larger size), and the fill is polyester. It has plastic snaps in the leg part, so I’m not sure how long those will hold up. I wish that it had been designed with the zipper continuing down a leg like most sleepers. That would have been a little easier and more durable. It also says to wash this in a "wash bag", but I’m not sure that’s going to happen. I assume that it’s to keep the poly filling from shifting. We will see. But all in all, I really am pleased with this cozy blanket sleeper.
