Vehicles we tried this in: 2024 Model Y and 2021 Model Y (worked in both)We have a toddler, and road trips without some reliable method of watching Elmo's World on the iPad can be unbearable. Teslas have such unique headrests that most of the tablet holders out there don't work. This does, though! It was really easy to install. Just pop the rotating ball into the socket and slide onto the back of the seat, and you're done!As far as the holder itself, it is easy to spread, but you can still feel it has a lot of tension to hold the iPad in place. The ball joint rotates easily, and you can also tighten it using the wheel if you want to hold it in a particular position. Highly recommend, especially if you have kids!

This is a very small mount that clips onto the top of the plastic seat back, and fits perfectly in our 2023 Model Y. It holds an iPad perfectly for watching movies on road trips. It is slightly adjustable, but due to the small size, it's pretty limited in height adjustment. For an adult, the tablet will sit about a foot from your face, which may feel a little claustrophobic. The only other downside is that I noticed some light scratching on the seat back after using it. It would be nice if there was some kind of soft padding inside the clip, but the seat back just isn't very hard, and is prone to scuffing anyway. Overall I can recommend this for anyone who travels with back-seat passengers.

I got this for our Tesla, unfortunately it's a model S and is not compatible with this device. Model S has a plastic seat backing too so I figured it would work... it does not. So it's a great device, I just can't use it. The model S has retaining clips in the way on the top and sides. However, this device is fairly expensive for a phone/tablet holder. I've seen other models that are more cost effective to do the same.

Works exactly as it's supposed to. I keep it in the door pocket and it's easy to slide into the seat back or remove it. Tablet stays fine. It sticks out a little when it's installed but takes up very little space when not in use. It's good to have just in case.

Easy to install it just slides right in and fits perfectly. Feels well build and works wonderfully, holds devices well enough they don't fall during a bump road
