I had high hopes for this back stretcher. There is a small instruction sheet that comes with this. It states to place the wide end of the unit near the bottom of your spine. This back stretcher is the same width on both ends. The nubs are uncomfortable. I would not recommend this as someone who is not super flexible.

This really did nothing for me. First, the shape of the back stretcher is different than the one printed on the included instructions, which shows a perfect symmetrical arch shape. I am not sure if this was meant to be used for a little child because the actual back stretcher in hand is smaller than what is pictured on the listing too and only goes up to about half my spine. It was also hard to adjust, turning the back "adjustment" rod/screw one direction eventually causes it to just unscrew and the back rod just comes out completely.
