Very satisfied. Fit snug with tight Velcro. Pipes did not freeze. Unclear if we needed it to go all the way to the ground.

Great design, quality is good,but needed the other side to open and Velcro close with gromets.Then it would open up flat and could be usd for pipes going into walls.Wrap around.We'll add black insulation tubing.
