The packaging and labeling was outstanding, really helped with the assembly process. Instructions were clear and I had no problems putting it together. Comes with cover. Was good to see the frame piece which goes down the middle of the bricks is removable. Steel parts look good, welds look good. Not cheep or flimsy. Look forward to warmer weather to be able to use this.

This grill is very well built. So solid. I’m in the steel industry and I can only complain about the quality of the welding which you will not know if you are not in the steel industry. Any way. It is a great piece for entertaining and a conversation starter. Love it and definitely recommend it. FYI I only write reviews when product is really worth it or it is too bad. Definitely I can recommend it.

Bought it after going down the grilling rabbit hole.You should use 2 people to set it up but a motivated person can do it solo (I really was excited).Quality is surprisingly very good. I’ve had it for 5 months now and love it.If you’re not familiar with it check out Al Frugoni on YouTube to get smart on how to use them. It’s very different than traditional grills but so much fun to use.Necessary? Absolutely not. Fun? More fun than you can imagine.Brats, Picanhas, ribs, etc are just better on it. If you have the space and don’t mind an expensive impulse buy just get it

This is an amazing grill and it is so solid! All of the components, materials, and fasteners are high-quality and it shows in the final product. It feels like you could throw this thing off a building and it would still work great!My spouse and I were able to unbox and assemble it without any problems and the food it cooks has the most incredible taste and texture! It always comes out so crispy and juicy with a great smokey flavor that you can only get from cooking over wood. If you are a grilling enthusiast and are thinking about getting an artisanal grill, look no further! This puppy rocks!!

So far, I am very happy with it. It was fairly easy to put together, although it took a while. The construction appears to be pretty good quality. I have cooked several things on it that have turned out well. I might change a couple things, but overall it does what it says it does. My only problem there was a hole there was inadvertently drilled in the wood shelf. I’m sure I could’ve returned it or got that piece replaced, but it wasn’t bad enough to worry about.

This Santa Maria grill is solid and very well built. Everything about it is heavy duty. The grill arrived packaged on a pallet with an LTL carrier delivery. The setup instructions (both paper and BILT app) are well done and easy to follow. Take your time setting it up and enjoy the process. I’ve done one cook on it so far and it exceeds expectations. Love the fire box / brasero. Could have used another 1/2 inch or so of firebricks as there is a small 1/2 inch gap on one side. Also, a cross bar is included for the base as an addendum part and installs easily. Good value for the $ and looking forward to many more cooks soon - next up paella on open fire!
