To be fair, I bought this last year and wasn’t able to get it put together until this weekend. That said, the pieces came in 2 separate boxes which were destroyed upon arrival. I’m not sure if pieces were lost but there were several damaged as well as split and warped pieces. I emailed customer service and they assured me they would send me what I needed so I sent the parts list. They did send some but required pictures of the rest of the damaged parts since I requested so many. Ultimately I would have preferred my money back but they said I was stuck with it. We finally got around to putting it together and it was a horrible experience. We’ve put together kits before and it seemed like it should be straightforward but many of the holes were not drilled properly and the instructions were confusing. The wood is incredibly soft and cheap. I don’t anticipate it holding up well. The replacement parts were also warped and cracked. The corner posts I thought were solid 4x4s but were actually hollowed out, pieced together 6x6s (again cracked and warped). It’s like I ordered from Wish but paid way too much!

The price was good but the size is a little misleading (10x14 is the top ). Also Many of the pieces that make the top are warped and the pilot holes don't line up..

This would have been easy to put together if all of the pre drilled holes actually lined up. It was a bit frustrating but Hubby managed to make it work. This pic was taken b4 we added the smaller tresses on top!

Very sturdy and easy to assemble. We did seal it prior to assembly just to ensure it will last outdoors in the Idaho winters. It did take a month to arrive, that was the only downfall. For the most part the holes all lined up. The power box is a wonderful convenience, has 110 plugs and USB plugs for charging your phone or Bluetooth speaker.

The product was easy to assemble and contained everything needed. It did have one piece that arrived broken and I already have a replacement on the way. So far, great customer service. Oh and it looks great!

First of all their customer service is amazing , you don’t even have to wait on line representative was right there through your installation processSecond one cedar was Brocken they ship it right away without any hesitation .It’s easy to install and instructions are clearSome people draw , measure first put vertical poles but we did as instructed and once assembled measure 90 degree angel for horizontal and vertical timber and check level .. then draw foot print of each vertical pole ,Once all done put base cap , drill screw holes and installed base ,Then lift it up and put it in place .
