I bought these for dog walking in early morning hours in temps of 30-50. I wanted athletic pants that were warmer than my lighter weight Adudas track pants.I am 5’8” and 140lbs with a pant size of 30-32 usually. The medium size was too large with a gap at the waist and an extra long crotch. Exchanged for a small which was snug at the waste and form fitting on my legs. This was much better. The waist band is extra stretchy which is great.Pros - nice weight with fleece lining for colder days. I wouldn’t wear these when it’s over 60. Good fit and look decent. The ankle zips are good for getting in and off although not large enough to take these off while wearing shoes.Cons - the pockets are in weird places for walking. I suspect they are better positioned for biking.Major con - these pants, obviously brand new are doused with that Amazon special cologne or perfume that barely dissipated in the wash. I am now heading them a second time and adding vinegar in the hopes of getting rid of the smell because I don’t want myself nor my closet to smell like this.

Absolutely the best value in MTB shorts out there. They stay warm and keep you dry! They are a little bit baggy/fit just a touch big. If I start riding more in cold weather I will be ordering from them again!

I was concerned that these might be too tight for the size rating, but they fit well. Great for bike riding in the cold. Well made.

First off and most importantly I think these were made to fit an Oompa Loompa real short in the inseam and absolutely gigantic in the waist material is kind of a cheaper material it does have a somewhat of a fleece on the inside and the belt loops there are no belt loops by the buttons and has clasp whatever it is the first belt loop is about 8 to 10 inches away so even a belt doesn't do much for this Plus your butt just really doesn't look sexy in this pair of pants that aren't really that warm it's got a flame on the picture so I mean it should be flaming hot should be keeping you pretty warm but I say no good day to you sir please do not and I am not an Oompa Loompa so I gave it a three star because well baeleaf usually put some pretty decent products out there and I would've given it to 4/5 usually I do with Bayleaf products but this one I really couldn't do it I was pretty taken back I hope this is just a isolated incident from my boys at Bayleaf.

Took way too long to deliver. Their "3XL" is really 3 XLT - way too long in the leg. Looks well made, probably worth the money if you're less than 175 lbs. Judging by my experience and other reviews, it looks like the people drafting the sizing aren't oriented towards body shapes and sizes over here.

Baileaf is a truly impressive brand. They have fantastic long lasting products for an amazingly low price..I use these pants for cold weather bike rides, they are stretchable and comfortable enough to wear for any situation, but they also keep the wind out. The pocket situation is perfect for holding on to a house, key, a wallet and a cell phone, and you can get into them while you're in the seated position.

Very impressed with the quality and fit. The fabric is a fairly tight knit, and breathes good. The only gripe is the main pockets are not zippered. There are small side pockets that are though. Overall I am still very impressed with these. I am 5’10 1/2”,225 lbs. Bought the 2XL. They are not motocross style, but still allow room for full knee pads. I wear them routinely as regular pants when not riding. Very comfortable allowing freedom of movement, with some stretch, and breathing well. The belt loops also are good quality. I have 2 pair so far. Will likely get a third. I hand wash them, though they can be washed on a gentle cycle. And line dry. They dry fairly quickly considering their sturdiness.

I'm 5'7. I bought a size medium. Fits perfect. I'm using for winter gravel and mountain biking. If you're using flat pedals with traction pins, swap your pedals out for something without the pins (obviously) - they'll shred the pants. I swaped my pedals out before wearing the pants. Love the feel and warmth on cold Canadian rides.

These are the most amazing pants I have ever purchased. I have never purchased a pair of pants before that fit me so perfectly. Initially when I put them on they felt fairly tight around the thighs but as I moved around in them I realized the material stretches so I don't feel my movements are restricted - important when I'm on a bicycle. The tight fit also helps when I'm peddling because my pant legs aren't constantly getting caught on my bike chain. I especially like that the pants have belt loops. I prefer to carry my smartphone in a holster on my hip and I need a belt to clip it to. So many cycling specific pants are missing the belt loops and this irritates me greatly. Perhaps my favorite thing about these pants is that they are so incredibly comfortable I want to wear them all day. I might start replacing all of my pants with these.
