What i likedThe quality is great, fits a bit tight (but no issue for me), looked new even after riding in it for hours and washing it.Pockets are greatPadding worked like a charm, I had no pain from riding for 9 hoursDislikeNot sure I was mostly concerned with the size and padding and they both worked great so no dislikes

I have trouble finding padded bike shorts that fit the thighs and waist correctly for plus sizes. These stay in place, making biking comfortable, absorb sweat, and don't cut in at the lower thighs

Colors are perfect. The padding is enough to get some cushion without feeling like a diaper. But — for the thick girls (of which I am one) that silicone band has to come off!! Fortunately, they double-seamed so you can cut right below the top seam. Also, the waist elastic is that 1/4 inch elastic i the top. I /think/ after it warms up some during wearing, it might be ok. I don’t want to exchange these for the xxl because I do also really like that bit of compression right at the top of the “chafe and pinch” point on inner thigh. If you have that bit you know what I mean. This size has just the right amount of compression to solve that. I think, and I I trade up, I might lose that.Body type: Long torso, short leg with thick thigh, even hip to waist measurement. All in all, I’m going to give them a fair few go-rounds and see what happens.

Finding a pair of bike shorts was a hit or miss for me. I ordered and tried on several. These Baleaf 3D shorts turned out to work for me as the padding is placed right where I need it in relation to the shape of my body and bike seat. I also like them because I didn't want shorts that were too short and the inseam is 9 - 10 inches. I'm about 5 6 and they come down to the top of my knee. I also find them comfortable as they are designed with a wide waist and it doesn't roll down as I'm riding. I've wash them in cold water and hang dry. The silicone grippies, stitching, padding and fabric has held up for many washings. I have 3 pairs and I rotate them between bike rides. All and all for the price the quality is top notch. But keep in mind I have a city/town type bike, I'm riding approx 90-120 miles a week on a flat straight trail. So depending on your body shape, type of bike, the mileage and where you are riding are going to factor into how these shorts work for you. Give them a try. You'll never know as may they turn out to be the perfect shorts for you.

I've had a Peloton for almost a year now, and have been getting by with regular leggings without padding. Now that I've started upping the ante with longer rides (more than 45 min.) I was curious about whether padding would really make a big difference, and OHMYGOSH if you're on the fence about it you NEED TO JUST GET THEM. Yes, they're ugly as all get out and you want to spend your money on basically anything else, but they are so worth it.So I ordered this pair from Baleaf (size Sm), plus the Nooyme (Sm) and Beroy (Sm & Med) ones that are so popular. I'm 5'7", 132, with a 26 in. waist and 36 in. hips. The Mediums from Beroy were a little too loose, but the Small is too small -- the Smals in Baleaf and Nooyme were perfect. Here's how they compare:- The Baleaf padding is slightly slimmer, but this was fine for my 60ish minute rides; it's still plenty of padding, and the contour/fit is better for me (read: a little more narrow in the crotch. The padding on the other two is overkill, not just in thickness but also width at the narrowest part of the crotch and length from back to front. So bulky it's uncomfortable for anything other than sitting on the bike.)- The way the Baleaf chamois is stitched in is smoother and nicer quality than the other two pairs.- Overall, these just seem more expensive and higher quality than either of the other two brands -- the material is the right combination of stretch and compression, lightweight without being flimsy, high-quality stitching and edging, the band around the bottom fits and stays in place without being too tight/sticky.The votes are in: Baleaf it is! I tried them all for you. You're welcome.

I ordered these last minute earlier this summer when I needed some for mountain biking and they are great!!I have worn them countless times by now (I go mtb every other day since May) and they are wonderful.Very flattering as well (as can be of course). They really hold you in and the waist band is wide and seamless so it doesn’t dig in. They also stay in position on my legs every ride and do not ride up at all due to the elastic around the inner hem.Sizing: They run a tad small. I am an XS in just about every ‘bottom’, but these were just a tiny bit too snug, but I kept them and have been wearing them ever since! Just a little snug when I wash. A small would have probably been perfect for my preference, but these fit just fine too! Also, when I first tried them on I felt that the pad fit so strange and awkward, BUT I am glad I stuck with them because literally after walking around for a bit they broke in and formed to my body. I have found that it does this after washing too, so it just needs to be walked around in.I have recommended these to everyone in need of padded biking shorts! My sister in law bought them right away, as well as a follower on IG who was asking on her stories where to find some - she bought them right away too!Great value. I would buy them again and again.

These are my fave biking shorts for 2 reasons:- waist band isn't super tight like my other bike shorts, but still tight enough that it stays in place during long rides- the pockets are very useful to hold my phone, lip balm, gum, keys and potential for other items

Love these cycle shorts. LOVE the price. Have used for a couple of months a few times a week in spinning class. Bulky padding but they are cycle shorts so I expected that. Good padding - never sore. As well made as much more expensive shorts.

Great fabric quality and stitching, and well padded at seat. However, the padding IS rather wide, and does feel weird between the legs at first as some have mentioned, but thankfully does not look weird. And you get used to it. The medium (my standard size for gym pants) fit well: perhaps a tad loose at the waist, but the legs fit perfectly. A small would have been too small. Waist band is very comfortable, and slightly high, gives a nice silhouette with no tummy bulge above the band. The legs do not ride up at all during a one-hour spin class. Padding works as well as my more expensive pair of cycling shorts. Definitely a great purchase for the price.
