Très jolie tasse, et facile à nettoyer avec ça.J'enlève une étoile car c'est vrai qu'elle ne garde pas le maté chaud très longtemps. Mais sinon, elle fait très bien le job, notamment au niveau de la contenance.

I was sent the wrong mate cup, and contacted Balibetov directly through email. Not only was my email answered quickly, but the customer service was amazing. My problem was fixed and I had an amazing customer experience. In terms of the mate cup itself, I think it’s a good size and easy to wash, the bombillos are of good quality for a beginner, and the wood finish is really pretty. Really affordable for someone’s first mate. Would recommend!
