I did have to use a reducer to use with my compressor- I think they are for hand pumps. But I made it work without any problems,

Purchased an Etenwilf electric pump but it didn't have the right Adaptor for what I needed, a 9 inch mini ball for exercise. The pump was at a steal but I was hesitant to buy unless I new it would work for thinks like yoga balls, etc. This adapter allowed me to purchase an item on the cheap. Very happy with my purchase. Had no issues.

Came in a small zippered plastic bag, even though the description mentions a case at least twice. Just received, so haven't used yet.
