This is just the perfect size for crepes or galettes. It is easy to toss a galette or crepe to turn over without a spatula, if you're brave enough that is.Ballarini is our go-to cookware now

Used this a few times so far to make eggs and it's great, really lightweight and the non stick works as expected. Will monitor over time but so far I'm happy with this purchase.
