I purchased for my 14 yr old and both sizes I purchased were return. If you have wide hips you may run into an issue.

Tutu won’t stay flat/stable so it just looks bad. wish i could get a refund.

If I was planning to wear this, I would have had to return it. The tutu part is sewn to the leotard without elastic so there is no give when trying to put it on. We had to cut the back to allow room to put it on the mannequin. There is no way this is going over someone's hips.For my project; decoration for a dance area, we made it work. If you are planning to wear this.....you may be disappointed.

Please note that no hip size is listed on size chart. Daughter with 28 inch waist and 32 inch hips unable to pull up this tutu size L.
