Yes!!!I've ordered so many different peels that are advertised as 12/14/16 inches and almost all of them came up short. This peel is almost exact. If I'm not mistake, I believe it's shortest distance is about 12.25 inches or so.Easy to clean, and since its wood, it helps the pizza not to stick. That said, for launching, I actually use a metal peel with perforations in it. I use this peel as a small table for building the perfect size pizzas which I then pick up with a metal peel and launch. Many people prefer to launch with wood and I understand why. If thats your preference, this peel does have a nice thinning tip to help sliding pizzas on (if you build elsewhere) and sliding pizzas of.

I have a metal peel for launching and needing a wood one for cutting and serving so this was great as my oven works for 12 inch pizzas. Bamboo makes it nice to cut, clean, reuse off of. Can use as a small cutting or serving board as well but pizza is the main deal here.

We have a wooden pizza peel that my husband uses all the time, he's always making homemade pizza. It's smaller than this one and over time it's become warped so this will make a good replacement. This one is bamboo, it's 12" with a 6" handle and a beveled edge. Hole in the handle for hanging. I think bamboo is less likely to warp than wood.

It is sturdy and does a good job of holding and serving pizza. The handle makes it easy to carry, and it looks nice on the table. A decent board for the price, but it has a few drawbacks that you might want to consider.

I love this bamboo cutting board for many reasons!1) Bamboo is a nice choice of wood - very strong!2) The size is perfect for preparing meals (nice and large).3) Hang this on a wall etc. for easy storage!4) Doubles as a perfect pizza cutting/serving board (which I desperately needed!)

I love this. I am an avid pizza-maker that uses an indoor pizza oven. My go-to's for peels are a wooden peel, and then a bamboo cutting board. Bamboo in general is much smoother than wood boards and peels. This was the best of both worlds. It is beveled on one side (some peels are beveled on both), and smooth like buttah. A little semolina, a little flour, and every pie will slide right off onto your stone. I love it. It's going to now be my #1 of the three I mentioned.

I'm trying to rid my house of all unnecessary plastics, including my flex cutting boards. This handles pizza and doubles as a cutting board.

The wood felt pretty dry when it arrived. So we got out the food grade mineral oil and applied the mineral oil over the entire bamboo board. Waited awhile came back board still looked dry added the mineral oil all over the entire board again and let it sit overnight. Our board doesn’t seem to feel dry any longer. We will continue to use the mineral oil at least once a month or as needed. Cutting our pizza left no cutting marks. It’s very easy to clean. It seems to be built well. The mineral oil did kind of tame down the roughness. It’s a good value for the money.
