Deep into the description it says that it is easy installation. That was my one indication that I have to put it together myself. BUT it doesn't say that you have to use an ALLEN wrench. Because of my arthritis in my thumb and wrist I would not have bought this stool. I put on a pair of padded gloves and did it...with pain. Following the steps carefully I got it together.However, the plywood on one side support split. while I was doing it. YES. I did put each screw in each just enough to hold it in place befor tightening all of them.It looks like it will hold well enough. But I would rather not have aggravated my arthritis had I known about the allen wrench and I'd rather not have a split on one of the supports.

I was very skeptic of this product when my daughter wanted to buy one but now I’m in love. It’s very easy to store because you just push it up against your toilet and it’s as if it’s not even there but when you want to use it, it’s easy to just pull out and use. It was very easy to put this product together. The quality is amazing and it’s very stable and sturdy. You just have to try it for yourself.

This is a nicer version of that "squatty-potty". It is easy to slide our from the base of the toilet to use, and then slides back so it doesn't impede movement in the bathroom, especially if it's a small 1/2 bathroom. It actually is great for my little ones too who need a little step up for toilet sitting, it is the perfect height to raise your feet for a comfortable bathroom use. Lightweight, but not cheap. And it securely stays put when you need it to, and slides easily back to a storage position. Definitely recommend over those plastic brands. Not to mention, the wood holds more weight safely.

Very unstable and easily flips if stepped on a wrong angle, my toddler has fallen off it multiple times using it as a step to the toilet.

Easy to put together, seems sturdy, and the color was what I was looking for! I put the legs together mismatched but that was user error lol. Double check the legs before you screw the base together!

The materials felt flimsy upon unboxing, and my concerns were quickly validated when the stool cracked and broke after the very first use.I would strongly advise against purchasing it, as it is neither durable nor reliable. It is worth investing in a higher-quality alternative to avoid this level of disappointment.

so good quality wood, cheap screws with heads you cannot use a screwdriver on, instead it comes with a small allen wrench....takes two weeks to put the screws in with it, so i found a 1/8 inch screwdriver that mostly worked. when assembled it is a nice piece. instructions were just ok, but really its just some pieces of wood, although there is a right way and a wrong way as they differ in size...why i have no idea.
