Length was correct but not sure if i received a return one or just bad from the factory. Belt was squealing when installed to a bmw x5. Bought a different brand of belt and the squealing went away.

I bought this because a mechanic told me my original belt was frayed. I ordered it, then checked when this arrived. The old one is fine. This becomes a backup! Easy to install? Value for money? Sturdy? All to be decided at a much later date. Bottom line: I'm happy to have a backup at a great price!

The belt does exactly what it is designed to do. It got rid of that dreadful squeek from my old belt. However, this one is lined with some form of felt or something along those lines. All the pulleys are metal, and I know for a fact my power steering is slightly heavier because of less grip. Not bad, just heavier. The belt before was rubber on the inside.

changed both belts on my 2003 bmw 325i. Can't say I've changed too many belts in my life, but it seems to be well made. So no more worries about those for awhile, I guess.

The Amazon site gave this as the belt for my car, but did not ask if it had A/C. I did some searching on line and found out that some model S's in this year do not have A/C. It turns out I had to get the 1880mm length for my car, not the 1540mm length.

Can't say anything wrong about bando. Been using them for years and never had a problem. This one fit great on a 2000 BMW z3. And they're made in America!

This fit my 04 X5 3.0 just fine. I have the hydraulic belt tensioner on the alternator side. A complication I had to deal with was the Torx bolt used to de-tension that belt was stripped. I was able to use a long flat spanner wrench to put pressure on the top of the tensioner pulley and get this belt on. Took some patience, but worked out fine. Belt looks and felt solid. 500 miles on it. No issues. And the price here was better than any other source I could find.
