Very well built the remotes are solid. It has a pretty good range that it works. Plenty of options how to hook it up for your system.I am happy with it.

These work perfect. The installation was not bad at all if you are pretty good with DIY and have any experience working in a car. It took me 30 minutes. The diagram shows wiring to the battery but I couldn't find a good spot to get through the firewall so I ended up going with a fuse tap going from the fuse for my radio which is a constant 12V. Very easy and the rest of the wiring was exactly like the diagram. I did this on a 2002 Toyota RAV4 and both yellow wires and the black wire were grounded. Then red wire to the fuse tap for 12V. And then find the specific wires for your unlock/lock and tap into those with the white wires. The remotes are really nice too and look fancy. I did not hook up tje brown wires to the turn signal lights or the trunk pop wire as I have a hatchback. 10/10 would recommend

I have a grade model tundra which means base without any bells or whistles. I got sick of opening the truck with the key and checked with my dealership who quoted me $500 to install keyless entry. I am a DIY person so after a few YouTube videos I discovered this thought I’d give it a try. I can honestly tell you it’s really easy to install and it works very well. I’m truly shocked how inexpensive this is. If you’re decent at wiring and have confidence To give it a try I recommend it. All you need to do is get a wiring diagram for your vehicle and find the lock and unlock leads you’re ready to go after that. You won’t use half of the available wires on their brain box.

Would not work by the printed instructions for my 97 c type locks. I had read another fellows review where he said connect the 2 yellow to ground and NOT to power! He was right! Connected 2 yellows to ground and all works! Be aware, I needed relays to lock the doors properly. Easy enough!

At first I was super happy with this. It was super easy to hook up and the remotes seem quality but after just 2 days it now won't do anything. I've check everything and can't get it to work. Ive installed many keyless entry systems so I know what I'm doing so I 100% confident that the unit just failed. I got this one to replace my old AVS door popper system because it won't let you program new remotes to it for some reason now. I guess him just going to have to bite the bullet and spend the money on a well known brand. Like they say you get what you pay for.

I purchased this kit to use for my shuttle bus conversion build. I installed it today and it performed flawlessly. My doors now open and close automatically by using the key fob instead of having to go to the front panel each time to press the switch to open/close the doors. There are a couple videos out on how to do this, but the individuals installing this kit make it much more difficult than necessary. Tip: don’t try figuring out the wiring and trying to splice in over the door by the door motor as they show in the videos, rather just tap into the door switch on the dash. Much easier, less chance of shorting and causing other electrical damage.

I'm not thrilled with the range of this product. I have to be within 25 feet or so to get it to operate at all. I even went to the trouble to extend the antenna with a wire hoping that might help so that I could mount it outside of the metal door (but still under the plastic, I don't want it showing) but it did not help much if at all. When it does operate either the voltage or current draw is lower than my door actuators expect and they begrudgingly lock/unlock. When I operate the power doors via the button in the car they are much more responsive. Also, it was rather difficult to understand which wiring diagram to use. Spent a whole afternoon to get it right and lucky I didn't blow any fuses honestly because at one point I wired something up and the wires started to get hot to the touch. You cannot install this product without a multimeter and some patience. For $17 I don't hate the product, but I would spend a little more for a better range and more "power." Again, I'm not sure if it's the voltage or the current which is low but either something isn't quite up to spec or I installed it not quite correctly.

I like how it was only $15 bucks and easy to install. My lights blink and the car locks and unlocks just like a car alarm. Even comes with a blue LED blinking light for when the car is locked, to give a sense of a car alarm.I got the trunk open function wired up pretty easily but installing the actuator and getting it to work properly took a lot of troubleshooting.Just google your car’s wiring diagram and find the right colors under your dash.Connect the right color wires from your car to the Benvie’s wires, and in less than 30 mins I had a working system. You will need some extra wire of your own, the wires in this kit are way too short. My car is a 93 Del Sol and I hate using the key for the trunk and doors all the time. Now I have a button for my trunk and my driver side door. Eventually I’ll do the passenger side door too, but not a priority. The hard part is removing panels and tucking the wires. So in total, including the wiring, dash and side panel removal, troubleshooting, mounting lock/unlock actuators that cost like 5 bucks each, I probably spent like 4 hours. Lots of troubleshooting to get those actuators working properly every time you push the button, but the Benvie itself is easy to install and understand. Might be more difficult installing on a car that already comes with automatic door locks, but the actuators were easy to wire up following the wire diagram.I recommended it to a friend who also hates using the key to open the door, he couldn’t believe how much I paid!
