HOW TO USE: 1. Choose the appropriate size of jammed paper and put it in the embossing folder . 2.Put the embossing folder and the jammed paper into transparent plates. 3.Put it into the embossing machine and turn the operating lever. 4.Take it out and it's done.

- Misting your material, especially if it is a heavy weight cardstock, with water on both sides prior to placing the material inside of your embossing folder and running it through your machine will help you achieve MAXIMUM dimension!
- Because of the hills and valleys or "highs and lows" of these new embossing folders, we suggest running your Sandwich through your machine a total of 3 times, for those rich, bold textures.
- NOTE: We recommend using heavyweight cardstock (≥250gsm/92lb)！！

The embossing folder is thicker than my other ones so it took some trial and error with different plates to figure out the right combination but once I did it embosses nicely. The die cuts work well. Overall a nice little set for my card making.

I ordered the BAOFALI 3D Embossing Folder and Matching Dies for my wife who is an avid card-maker and crafter, she was very pleased with this set. The folder is made of a very thick plastic, but worked nicely in her Sizzix Big shot machine using the recommended sandwich for embossing folders. She used both 80# cardstock and heavy cold press watercolor cardstock and had good results with both. The impressions were deep and detailed. The matching fish die cuts were a nice bonus! She has a few ideas about how to use both in future projects. A good value.
