Product ships with fittings that are hand tight. All need to have sealing tape applied and wrench tight. Had one solenoid that was sticky and not shifting. Took it completely apart and cleaned it up. Probably should check each solenoid off the base for proper operation.

This is a wonderful valve set. I really like the design in that it uses single valves mated to a really nice manifold so you can replace them when or if they wear out or break. The valves are sturdy and work well. It's simply a well made valve set. Highly recommended.

While the product seems great, i had an issue with the manifold sealing properly and believed it could be related to an issue with one of the gaskets. So I reached out to the company, at least a week ago and have not heard back from anyone. So... changing my rating due to lack of support.

Like others, I noted that this leaks. It came pre-put-together so you know where the parts go, but not pre-assembled; everything was hand tight. Take it apart, make sure it's all sealed right, put it together the right way. Mine still leaks a little but it's serving its purpose. One star off for "still leaks".The second star off is because it's not obvious that the "PT1/4" in the illustration is not compatible with "1/4 NPT". These are "British" straight threads, somewhat compatible with the G1/4 standard, but USA 1/4 NPT fittings will only thread in a few threads, which isn't safe.

When I first got the item I hooked up all of the pneumatic parts that it will operate and pressure tested it with voltage and manual operation, the item leaked like crazy, To fix it all I did was:Tightened up screws holding solenoids to blockRemoved the 6 mm push to connect fittings on the solenoid and added good teflon tape to it.Removed plugs from block added teflon.Added a drop of air tool oil to each port.The item works good, would be nice if rather than coming with just standard mufflers, if it came with flow control mufflers, but those can be added later.

I’ve used four of these, all leaked so badly the compressor ran steadily even when valve wasn’t being used. The fix, remove all of the line connectors, all of mine were only finger tight. Remove the magnet coils and place out of the way. Remove valve body from base , two screws. I used black rtv sealant on both sides of the gasket applied with a tooth pick. Reinstall valve bodies tightening screws evenly. Remove the black plates from front of valve bodies, two screws. Coat both sides of gasket with rtv and reassemble again tighten screws evenly. Reinstall line fittings using Teflon tape tighten appropriately remembering that you are screwing into aluminum. Remove all plugs and brass mufflers from base and reinstall with Teflon tape. Reinstall magnets. Now that you have redone all parts of the valve it seems to work correctly without leaking air. All four I have did. Takes about 1/2 hour per valve. Good luck!Note: use rtv sparingly just coat the raised part of gasket that looks like “O” ring you don’t want sealant to get down into valve piston.

This integrated solenoid unit is unusable right out of the box. It leaks from multiple locations and would have to be completely disassembled and reassembled. All of the valves are sitting slightly angled and won’t seal.You get what you pay for. I highly suggest Purchasing a more reputable companies product.

I purchased this to replace several worn and corroded individual valves on an older cnc lathe. None of the fittings were sealed, but I did not EXPECT them to be. Took each fitting and sealed with Teflon tape and no leaks.Good product, I'll be buying more from this company on Amazon!
