Heavy duty clutch spring. If you don't have strong hands don't get it. Guy that inspects my bike comments every time you must have gorilla hands. I don't but I do like my clutch with more resistance than most.

Definitely noticed a difference. This combined with the Barnett friction plates made a world of difference. She’s a grippy girl now.

Perfect fit , awesomely made, could not ask for a more even pressure on the clutch plates. If I knew then what I know now I would have installed this on my Vulcan Classic when I first got the bike.

Very stiff at first, took some getting used to. Will ease up over time. Put one on each of my bikes.

This was a great cheap upgrade on my 2005 nomad 1600. Great firm clutch feel and grabs harder than it did stock. Highly recommend if you have done any performance mod to your bike. Mine was slipping going from 4th to 5th gear after just a tuner and air breather. Easy to install too. Removing everything to get to the primary cover took the longest. Took maybe 2-3 hours from start to finish

I thought I needed a new clutch for my 2000 kawasaki vulcan classic 1500. I only have the bike for about 6 months. The bike had 25k miles. It now has just over 30k miles. Coming up on 28k it felt like the clutch might be slipping at times well in the 29k mark I noticed it much more. I was going to replace the clutch bands and plates. After talking with This guy I got in touch with from an email on a kawasaki forum. He said I can probably save you a lot of money. He makes Whats called the judges washers that push the clutch pack in tighter. I used this spring and them the judges washers. No I can push start the bike if need be I can down shift and feel the rear tire grab. You have to be careful if your not used to a normal clutch. It can and will grab hard enough to pull the front wheel off the ground or brake the tire lose and do a burn out. I don't remember ride this hard but if you want it to it will. This spring has a much more positive grab and if you really want to see the power your kawasaki vulcan has get you a set of the judges washers.

The spring is defective, the clutch package does not work correctly with it (the package is wrung out unevenly). I had to install a new factory one, everything is fine with it.
