These are much beefier than the stock C50 clutch springs. At 22k miles my clutch started slipping. The factory plates and friction disks actually measured fine, it was the stock springs causing the slip. These feel great, nice and firm, but they don't wear out your hand or anything.

Heavier tension than oem springs so I got better grab on my clutches. Will buy again. (02 suzuki c50)

New springs along with new clutch plates from Barnett provide smooth but positive engagement. These springs are stronger than original springs so it takes a little more effort to pull clutch lever but not excessive amount. Clutch no longer slips when I crank throttle wide open. These parts were installed in 2001 Suzuki Volusia. I use full synthetic motorcycle oil in bike and clutch works perfectly.

Springs came nicely packaged and worked great. They didn’t t feel any different than the existing ones I was replacing but since I was changing the clutch, I figured better safe than sorry
