The Barnett 3-pack Lube wax works exactly like it should and won't let you down. I wasn't quite sure why the Barnett Lube Wax only came in packs of 3 instead of offering other amounts, and I almost bought another brand with only one tube for a few dollars less but decided to go with my gut and I wasn't disappointed, also it was the same maker of my crossbow and bow so it only made sense. The wax was a lot softer than I though, but luckily it does come in this pack of three, so the three tubs will last you for quite a while. It's easy to use and goes on super easy, so you won't have any issues with that.. Everyone should get in to the practice of waxing your bows and crossbows every 5-10 shots which is recommended. This soft wax will likely work better than the harder wax that I used on my others bows. I would especially recommend this product for cross bows.

This is a high quality product, very easy to put on the bowstring and cables. I lubricate my crossbow every five shots as recommended.I plan to use this product on my compound bow as well. Once you near the end of the product where you have wound the knob as faras it will push the lubricant out, take a small screw driver or tooth pick and you can get more out of the tube. This product is very moistand is easily rubbed into the string and cables. I am very happy with the product.

These are small, size of chap stick. Wax is very soft as well, softer than chap stick. Works great though, a small amount goes a long way. Makes everything nicely greased and smoothly lubricated. No clumps or big globs gunking things up. Is both a lube and a wax so you don't need 2 different products. Gave it 4 stars because it works well, but gets used up quickly. Can't compare it to any other products as have not used any others. Hey when something works well, I stick with it.

This product works well to preserve your bow string and is very easy to apply. At the size of a "chapstick" it is one of the best in my opinion for applying wax. Other products like this are usually larger and are difficult to get into the tight spaces of a compound bow.Since you receive 3 of these tubes, you should be able to find at least one of them when you actually need to... After waxing, I use a piece of brown paper bag, ( about 1 1/2" X 2 1/2") fold it in half and rub the string well. The paper helps to generate heat so that the wax will penetrate the strands and also keeps the stuff off of your fingers.
