I guess I’ve learned my lesson.Appearance-These boards had numerous pits, saw marks and other defects on the edges and face.Mine were at least straight and true.By the time I get done milling out the defects I won’t have much left to work with.The value is not good for the price you’ll pay.

I will be making a beautiful cutting board with this wood. I will be pairing it with maple and cherry wood. This will make the board really pop. I am a diy person and in the process of remodeling my kitchen. My counter has a slot in it where the cutting board goes. It has a tract that allows the board to slide in and out as you need to use it. I stripped the cabinets down to bare wood and the current cutting board is in sad shape after 39 years of use. I'm excited to see the finished product with my new board in place.

Every board had similar grooves gouged into the front and back. The edges also appeared to be rough cut. If using for finish work, size appropriately for sanding.

Don't waste the money on these, 2 of the 4 boards warped, 1 of the non warped boards had pitted areas like knots on all 3 sides.

All four pieces of zebra wood are run off grain cut offs.Very disappointed with the quality of the product.Paying top dollar I expect good quality.
