It works for the purpose it was made, but it feels a bit lightweight and that’s indicative of little or no metal. Compared to some of my other shakers, the quality is not is good. The plus is that this is a more complete set and included pieces that were not part of previous set’s I’ve had.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of this product, and blown away by how beautiful and functional it is. This would be the perfect gift for any cocktail enthusiast or anyone who loves to entertain guests at their home. This kit comes with everything that you need to make the perfect cocktail, a shaker, a jigger, a spoon, a muddler, and even a recipe book. These stainless steel items are top quality, while the sleek design of the bamboo stand is stylish yet practical and keeps all of these items neatly organized and easy to access. I would recommend this kit because it's a great addition to any home bar but also makes for a perfect gift.

Other reviewers noted that this set may not be of the highest quality - and they are probably right. However, this set is intended as a starter set and not as a "Pro" set - and for that the quality is pretty good. I love that the set contains almost all of the basic elements that you need to establish a home bar and mix a variety of drinks. I also LOVE the stand - it keeps everything organized and it looks nice on my bar. Highly recommend.

This set has everything you need to mix up your favorite drink (minus the alcohol and glasses) 😉 At first the top to the shaker was difficult to put on but once I did, it’s been fine since. The booklet even has several recipes to try out. I’m pleased with it. It could make a good gift to someone if they like to mix up their own drinks. We’re satisfied with it.
