I had been cleaning my original filter which came with my BaseAire dehumidifier 4 times per year for about 5 years now. This spring the original filter tore away from the frame while cleaning. The filters filter perfectly in place of the old one. My only gripe is they only came in a pack of 4 and these will likely outlast the unit at the same rate.
